Eligibility criteria

Minimum eligibility: Pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or a related professional certification

Who can pursue CMA?

CMA is suitable for students and professionals, including:

  • Graduates/undergraduates pursuing B.Com or BBA
  • MBA graduates
  • ACCA-qualified professionals
  • Chartered Accountants (CA) or Company Secretaries (CS)

Exam structure

  • Exam duration – 4 hours
  • Total marks - 500
  • Passing marks – 360
  • Exam pattern:
    75% multiple choice questions (MCQ)
    Allocated time: 3 hours
    • Total marks: 375 marks
    • No. of MCQs: 100
    25% essay questions
    Allocated time: 1 hour
    • Total marks: 125 marks
    • No. of case studies: 2
  • Exam windows:
    • 1 January to 28 February
    • 1 May to 30 June
    • 1 September to 31 October

CMA licensing process

  • CMA membership – Become a member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA)
  • CMA exams – Clear both parts of the CMA exam
  • Education – Complete three years of graduation
  • Work experience – Get two years of relevant work experience

About the Instructor

Samarth is a CMA member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and a CMA US-certified member of IMA, CIMA, UK and CPA affiliate (licence awaited). Cancellation and refund policy

The refund policy in case of withdrawal of nomination would work as follows:-

  • A refund of 50% of the fee would be provided for cancellation requests received up to five working days before the training start date
  • Participants who cancel in less than five working days, or there is no show on the training date are  liable to pay the full course fee and would not be entitled to refunds.

Cancellations must be made via emails only. However desirous participants can be accommodated in the future batches of programme, without paying anything extra. It is requested that willingness to attend any future programme should be communicated at the earliest convenience.
